Accident Repairs
BS 10125-certified repairs completed using recognised manufacturer repair methods. We work with major and independent insurers and can communicate directly with insurers throughout the repair, keeping you updated on progress as the work moves through the shop.

We work with major and independent insurers and can communicate directly with insurers and their engineers throughout the repair. If you are unsure how a claim works, we will talk you through the process before you commit to anything.
Read moreBumper Repairs
Most bumper damage can be repaired rather than replaced. We repair scuffs, cracks and splits in plastic bumpers, then refinish with in-house mixed paint blended into the surrounding panels so the repair is not visible.
Read moreDent Repair
Where the paint surface is intact, paintless dent removal can take a dent out without any refinishing at all. Where the paint is broken or the panel is creased, we repair and refinish conventionally. We will tell you which applies once we have seen it.
Read moreScratch and Scuff Repair
Scratches and scuffs are worth repairing before they start to corrode. We assess how deep the damage runs, then either polish, localise the repair or refinish the panel, matching the colour in-house.
Read morePanel Resprays
We run three spray booths and mix paint in-house, which lets us match existing paintwork accurately and blend repairs into the surrounding panels. Panel resprays, multi-panel work and full resprays are all completed on site.
Read moreStructural Repairs
Structural damage affects how a vehicle behaves in a second impact, so it is repaired to method, not to appearance. We use chassis alignment equipment and recognised manufacturer repair methods, including aluminium and EV body repair.
Read moreLease Return Repairs
End-of-contract damage charges are usually far higher than the cost of repairing the damage beforehand. We assess a vehicle against typical fair-wear-and-tear standards and repair what is likely to be charged for, including wheels through 360 Alloys.
Read moreDetailing
Detailing restores paintwork rather than covering it. Machine polishing removes swirl marks and light scratches, and a properly decontaminated surface holds a protective finish far better afterwards.
Read moreCeramic Coatings
A ceramic coating is only as good as the paint underneath it, so we correct the paintwork first. Once applied, the surface is easier to clean and holds its gloss for far longer than a conventional wax.

What to Do After an Accident
If anyone is injured or in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first. Once everyone is safe, make the scene visible, exchange details with the other driver, photograph the vehicles and the position they came to rest in, and call us. One call is usually enough to get recovery and the rest of the process moving.
Read moreNationwide Recovery
Accidents rarely happen close to home. We arrange recovery wherever the vehicle is in the UK and move it into secure storage or straight to our body shop, so it is not accumulating charges in a compound you did not choose.
Read moreReplacement Vehicles
Eligible customers may receive a replacement vehicle under a credit hire arrangement while recovery is pursued from the at-fault insurer. Eligibility, liability and applicable terms will be explained clearly before an agreement is signed.
Read moreNon-Fault Accidents
For eligible non-fault cases, customers may have no excess to pay and may be able to protect their no-claims discount, subject to liability, insurer decisions and the terms of the claim. We will explain where you stand before you make any commitment.
Read moreInsurance Claim Support
Claims stall when nobody is chasing them. We assess the damage, communicate with the relevant insurers and engineers, and keep the repair moving, giving you progress updates rather than leaving you to phone round for them.
Read moreCommercial and Fleet Claims
For a fleet operator, the real cost of an accident is downtime. We handle incidents for commercial vehicles and fleets with a single point of contact, prioritising getting a working vehicle back to the operator quickly.
Read moreWrite-Off and Valuation Disputes
Insurer valuations are opening positions, not final figures. Where a valuation looks low or a write-off category looks questionable, we help gather evidence — comparable market listings, condition, history and specification — to support a challenge.
