We collect the details you provide in an enquiry form — your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle details and anything you tell us about the work required — together with any photographs or documents you upload. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any work that follows.

Photographs and documents you upload are stored privately and are deleted automatically 90 days after they are received. Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to manage the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with suppliers who help us deliver the work, and where we are required to do so by law or by an insurer handling a claim you have asked us to support.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email info@360garage.co.uk and we will respond.
